Required Skills:
System administration:
- Required knowledge in windows os: Installation and configuration
- Server maintenance and monitoring skills
- Troubleshooting skills across software ,hardware and network systems
- Basic knowledge of network fundamentals
- Installation and configuration of softwares
- Familiarity with Virtualization Technologies (VM’s)
- Installation and configuration of hardware management
MSSQL
- Knowledge of MSSQL : installation, backup generation, database restoration, sample creation.
Communication skills
User support skill: Provide end user support based on the requirements( To lients and employees)
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical staff.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, IT procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing infrastructure upgrades and updates to maximize system efficiency while minimizing downtime.
- Deploying applications in AWS using EC2 instances.
- Maintaining, testing and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
- Building tools for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system resources in an AWS environment.
- Interact with product teams to provide expert guidance on developing new products within an AWS environment
- Provide AWS operational guidance both internal to the team, and for external operations teams
Education
BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE/Related or BCA/MCA or Bachelor In Computer Science
AWS Certification or Knowedge
