Position Overview: As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be a key contributor to our software development efforts, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using VB.NET, C#.NET, and other front-end programming languages like JavaScript. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and sound knowledge in MSSQL.
Required Skills:
- Sound knowledge in MSSQL with experience in designing database schemas, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance.
- Proficiency in front-end programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and analytically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain Windows-based web applications using VB.NET, C#.NET, and other front-end programming languages such as JavaScript.
- Database Development: Utilize sound knowledge in MSSQL to design and optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.
- Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
- Technical Design and Architecture: Collaborate with architects and other team members to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Documentation: Document technical specifications, system design, and code changes as per company standards.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development, and share knowledge with team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, product management, and customer support to ensure successful delivery of software solutions.
- Project Management: Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in .NET technologies including VB.NET and C#.NET.
